Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Rowe Consulting Group, LLC collects when you use this booking page, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have over it. If anything here is unclear, email us at david@roweconsultinggroup.com and we will explain it in plain language.

1. Who we are

Rowe Consulting Group, LLC is an SEC registered investment advisor (SEC Registered Investment Advisor · CRD #155611 · SEC #801-71991) with offices at 1501 Bledsoe Ln, Franklin, TN 37067. We provide investment consulting, portfolio management, retirement income planning, 401(k) and IRA rollover guidance, estate and legacy planning support, and access to fixed and fixed indexed annuity and life insurance solutions through licensed carriers. This policy covers this marketing and booking website and any form, scheduler or call booked through it. It does not cover the separate privacy notices of any custodian, carrier or third-party platform you engage directly.

Send privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests to david@roweconsultinggroup.com or call (949) 275-3560 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time).

2. Information we collect

What you give us. The fields you complete in our qualifying form and scheduler — typically your name, email address, phone number, age range, state of residence, approximate investable assets, retirement timeline and the goals or concerns you describe — together with any notes we take before, during or after your consultation call.

What is collected automatically. When you visit, our hosting and analytics tools record your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, the time and length of your visit, and advertising click identifiers passed in the URL (for example Meta's fbclid or Google's gclid).

Scheduling information. When you book, our scheduler records the date and time you select, your time zone, the email address the confirmation and calendar invite are sent to, and whether you accepted, rescheduled, cancelled or did not attend.

We do not ask for account numbers, Social Security numbers or copies of statements through this website. Please do not send them by email. If you become a client, that information is collected separately through secure onboarding.

3. How we use information

To respond to your enquiry, confirm your appointment, send reminders and run the consultation call itself. To assess whether your situation is a fit for our services before we meet, and to prepare for the conversation. To send educational material and follow-up messages where you have consented, and only until you tell us to stop. To measure and improve our advertising — which campaigns and pages lead to booked calls — in aggregate. To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. And to meet the legal, regulatory, recordkeeping and supervisory obligations that apply to a registered investment advisor.

4. How we share information

We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf and only on our instructions: our client relationship and contact management system, our scheduling provider (Calendly) and calendar platform (Microsoft Outlook), our video conferencing provider (Zoom), our email and SMS delivery providers, our website host and analytics provider, and the advertising platforms we use to measure campaigns (Meta and Google). We may also share information with our compliance reviewer and professional advisers, or where we are required to by law, regulation, subpoena or a regulator such as the SEC or a state securities authority.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. We do not rent or trade your details to other advisors, insurance agencies or lead buyers.

5. Text messages and calls

By submitting your phone number you agree that Rowe Consulting Group and its authorised representatives may contact you at that number by phone call, text message and email about your enquiry and your appointment, including through automated dialling or messaging technology. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving advice.

Message frequency varies and is typically no more than a handful of messages around a booked appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts, or HELP for help. You can opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing david@roweconsultinggroup.com. We may still send transactional messages about an appointment you have already booked.

6. Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function, plus analytics and advertising tags. We use the Meta pixel, the Google Ads conversion tag and website analytics to understand which campaigns produce booked calls. These tools set cookies and may receive your IP address and page activity.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out directly: Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com, Google Analytics opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and industry-wide opt-outs at optout.aboutads.info. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where your browser sends them.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to limit the use of sensitive information, to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we do not sell), and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. These rights are given to California residents under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, to residents of other US states with comparable laws, and to individuals in the EU and UK under the GDPR where it applies to them.

To exercise any right, email david@roweconsultinggroup.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" or call (949) 275-3560. We will verify your identity using the details you already gave us and respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need a permitted extension. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission. Some information must be retained where securities regulations require it, and we will explain if that applies.

8. Retention and security

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to answer your enquiry, run your appointment and maintain the books and records required of a registered investment advisor — generally at least five years from the date of the record, and longer where a client relationship begins or where a longer period is legally required. Advertising and analytics data is kept in aggregate.

We protect information with access controls, encrypted transmission, reputable vendors under contract, and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires us to do so.

9. Children and scope

This website and our services are intended for adults aged 18 or over who reside in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it. Our advisory services are offered where Rowe Consulting Group, LLC is registered or notice filed — California, Illinois and Tennessee — or where an applicable exemption from registration allows.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as our services, tools or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of the page always shows the current version, and material changes will be posted here before they take effect. Continuing to use this site after an update means you accept the revised policy. This policy was last updated on September 30, 2026.
